The developed degree of die and mold industry has become one of the important signs of a country's industrial modernization. The mold department of many large domestic enterprises plays an important role in the whole company. For example, BYD in Shenzhen was initially developed from a small mold house, and Chery Automobile's mold manufacturing technology is also first-class in the world. With the continuous development of the Pearl River Delta economy, more and more international large companies look to the mature mold manufacturing technology and skilled personnel with rich experience, and they have transferred their plastic and mold departments or sent them to manufacture molds. The Pearl River Delta mold export quantity increases year by year, has become the most important mold production and processing base in China and even in the world. In particular, the development of household appliances and automobile industry is faster. When it comes to the mould manufacturing industry in the Pearl River Delta, Hong Kong and Taiwan should not be mentioned. In the 1980s and 1990s, the economy of the Pearl River Delta just took off, and its mold technology was almost blank. As enterprises in Hong Kong and Taiwan moved their factories to the mainland, their advanced mold manufacturing technology also came. At that time, a skilled mold maker could earn tens of thousands of RMB a month. Among them, the most important technology is CAD / CAM, that is, mold design computerization technology and mold processing computerization Technology (CNC, computer gong Technology). At present, the mould design and manufacturing technology of Shenzhen and Dongguan in the Pearl River Delta have reached a high level. In holding such exhibitions every year, many leading international new technologies and new equipment emerge. Even the enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces have joined the talent war and scrambled for talents in various job fairs!!!
