(1) Although the products of some enterprises have reached or approached the international advanced level, there is still a big gap between the accuracy of the mould, the roughness of the cavity surface, the production cycle and the service life compared with the foreign advanced level.
(2) The technological equipment is backward, and the organization and coordination ability is poor. Although some enterprises have been upgraded in recent years, and the equipment level of some foreign-funded enterprises is not lagging behind that of foreign countries, the technological equipment of most enterprises is still relatively backward. What's more, the poor organization and coordination ability of enterprises makes it difficult to integrate or mobilize social resources for our own use, which makes it difficult to undertake relatively large projects.
(3) On the one hand, the proportion of technical personnel is low and the level is not high enough; on the other hand, the investment in scientific research and development is low; more importantly, the concept is backward, and the innovation and development are not paid enough attention to. Mold enterprises should not only pay attention to the development of mold, but also pay attention to product innovation.
(4) The contradiction between supply and demand is difficult to ease in the short term. In recent years, the mainland market satisfaction rate of China's plastic molds has been less than 74%, and the satisfaction rate of large-scale, precision and long-life moulds is lower, estimated to be less than 60%. At the same time, the mold of industrial developed countries is speeding up the transfer to China, more and more international procurement, the international market prospects are good. The market demand is strong, the production development is difficult to keep up with for a while, and the situation of short supply will continue for some time.
(5) It will take time to solve the problems of system and talents. In the socialist market economy, the original systems and operating mechanisms of state-owned and collective ownership in competitive industries, especially those relying on special users and requiring single piece production, have become increasingly unsuitable. The quantity and quality of talents can not keep up with the rapid development of the industry.
