Generally, the mould embryo is ordered back directly from the mould factory, and the processing method is omitted here.
According to the precision injection mold processing design drawing, order the mold embryo, mold core, row position, inclined top, insert and other steel materials, then the precise injection mold processing can be started. According to the processing technology, it can be roughly divided into two parts: precision injection mold processing, rough machining and precision injection mold processing. Mold opening frame, by gongs bed or computer gongs first open rough, then fine frame (can also be processed by mold factory, but pay the corresponding fee; some small mold room to save costs, often self-processing, but the efficiency is low, precision is not high), other parts are also first plastic mold development and design, rough processing into rough embryo, and then by computer gongs, cremation machine, wire cutting machine finishing to meet the drawing The parts required by paper precision are finally assembled into the die to form a complete set of dies. The process is as follows: mold opening, mold kernel, line position CNC processing, copper male processing, flame machining cavity (EMD), fitter processing (fit mold), polishing (saving mold), mold installation, mold testing.
